Amanda walked me through step-by-step many of the protocols, contracts, and purchasing nuances that I was curious about, and she spent a great amount of time with me on the phone and in-person during the week, evenings, and weekends. Her diligence to help us find the home that fit our long list of wants and needs showed her experience and knowledge of the city, including all the little details we had not considered before, such as schools systems, parks, and other areas that can make or break a home-buying experience. Amanda helped me through a somewhat unconventional sale of my downtown Denver condo.
